ZENTRUM FUR RISIKO- UND KRISENMANAGEMENT–ZRK (CRCM) CRCM, founded in 2007, is an association which represents of joint scientific, economic, technical, social and legal aspects of the risk, security and crisis management (national & international), monitoring and promotion of risk, security and crisis management (national & international) and influence on the consistent application of the acknowledged state of science and technology, takes part in the elaboration of national and international regulations, standards and recommendations for action and updating them for quality assurance in the art Risk, Security and Crisis Management (national & international).

So our members are experts (29) in various topics and branches of science and economy like meteorology & climate change, cultural heritage, information management, information and communication technology, informatics, ICT & Cyber security, knowledge development, foresight & strategic long-term planning, Scenario development and planning, system and systematical analysis, systems science, risk and crisis management, industry, public administration, banking & finance, environmental protection, human resource management, systems science, leadership and organisational development.

The focus of CRCM is to combine this different expertise and Know How for research and development projects and support of product development with a systemic and comprehensive approach in form of training/ information events, on-site introduction, tests and assessments as well as feedback and advises. CRCM and its experts, especially information- and ICT-members are experts in designing, developing, using of explicit and only "open source" Software, and has experience in processing and long-term servicing of EU-projects in the area of Situational Awareness, and follows the principles of Open Source.

CRCM is an expert unit for modelling, designing and supporting of appropriate tools and techniques to collect, process, and analyse huge amount of complex and heterogeneous data reducing information overload. Developing the best set of tools to help decision makers efficiently manage the huge amount of data they need to process, and secondly, to support the building and long-term servicing a community of decision makers to maintain and evolve this set of tools as well as to create new ones in the future as new needs arise.
CRCM as organisation and/or several members has experience in designing EU-project, -proposals and the administrative activities during H2020-Program: 2015/2016: ASGARD-Analysis System for Gathered Raw Data (grant agreement No 700381, www.asgard-project.eu, duration: 09/2016-02/2020), 2014 (has the formal e-call process undergone and passed positively: SECURESIM- Secure Simulation of Serious Mixed Reality Training Scenarios, 2014-2015) as well as the former FP7-program (www.focusprojekt.eu (2011-2013), proposal: SecScan- Horizon scanning and foresight for security research (2012)).
