ALPHA’s activities in SHELTER will be coordinated by Emiliano Spaltro (ALPHA’s Managing Partner). Operational activities will be managed by Claudia Maltoni and Jacopo Ovarelli (Project Managers) with the support of Elizabeth A. Nerantzis (Senior Analyst).
The team proposed has matured a great level of expertise in performing market analyses and forecasts, competitive environment assessments, business plans, costs benefits analysis as well as go to market strategy and road map definition in several domains, such as the one addressed by the call topic.
It also drove dissemination strategies in several FP7 and H2020 projects, always maximising the usage of traditional and innovative media and human networking. In this context, it has a consolidated experience in the events, workshop and focus group organization and management.
Thanks to its business background, the team proposed is able to give a strong support to its partners in the implementation and exploitation activities, providing key suggestions for a final commercial strategy.
